Tierce Posted January 11, 2005 Report Share Posted January 11, 2005 I have a slight problem, I need to get the latest version of Sonicstage onto my laptop (version 2.3 I do believe).The technical problem is this:1. My laptop has NO network connection at all2. I am using a computer behind a firewall and the Sonicstage installer won't fire up through it3. I need to get Sonicstage onto my laptop by using a USB memory device onlyIf I could get a full install downloaded, I can then copy it onto the USB device and copy it onto my laptop. However, if you want to "bypass" the SonicStage 2.3 Installer from Sony Connect-Europe, you can download the full version of SonicStage 2.3 (approx. 38mb and I believe it includes Sony Connect-Europe) that was bundled for the VAIO Pocket [VGF-AP1/AP1L]*Please note that you may still need to use the SonicStage Installer/Add-On Utility to attain the Personal Audio Drivers for HiMD/NetMD devices as well as the ATRAC CD/AUDIOCD/MP3CD module. atrain Posted January 12, 2005 Report Share Posted January 12, 2005 or you can use the version in my signature. it is without the connect store at all but requires you to register your md with planetMG. the serial # is on the inside of the door of the md, add a 0 to the start of it.
