lkchye
I am new to this forum. Can anyone please help me?I have my NH1 for about 4 months and have noticed that the sound output from the earphones was intermitently cutting out on one channel if the remote was not firmly plugged into the player. This could be fixed by jiggling the plug. Now, I find that the display on the remote goes blank. Again by fiddling with the plug, I can get the display to come on but the buttons do not work. I have double checked and it is not the HOLD button. The HOLD button is definitely off. The jog works but I cannot select the song by depressing it.This is very frustrating. Is there something wrong with the remote or the plug? Appreciate if someone has any suggestions before I take the unit back to Sony. Thanks. I haven't had such problems with my NH1.
