I think the issue is it's running in Virtual PC. The SS 3.1 might benefit a small speed increment but I guess not much unless there were real noticable speed increases for PC users?Why does'nt SONY or someone bring something out for Mac? I am so much happier to use MD than an iPod!I can use my NH-1 HiMD directly in OSX as a data drive and it works fairly quickly. Not Lacie speed but quite fun being able to back up onto a MD! atrain Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 all the virtual pc/ss users have reported significantly slower speed than on similar pcs. try 3.1 but be happy that you can at least use your netmd, something many mac users have problems with.
