Ok i think everyone on this forum who owns a Sony Hard drive mp3 player is praying for some one like real player to bring a plugin out for their software.

What i wanted to ask is there anyone in this forum who is good at getting information out of a company to find out if a plugin is being made if when would we likely to see it?

Can anyone help put light into this subject?

Thanks

I asked them about hi-md in December 2004 and am still waiting for the driver. Until this spring I was under the impression that RP was a Sony product, which it is not, so I don't expect a hi-md driver to be important to them. HDD players are in use by more people so you have the better chance of seeing a driver released.

It is important to them if they do a plugin then people start using their software and start using there services and so on
