When I push thewhite on/off button on the remote either the disc plays (which I can'tfigure out) or nothing happens. Are there any new sony or other models with am/fm radio? I wonder if the reason they stopped making them is reliability issues - lots of people have had the same problem with both the HiMD and NetMD models (including myself).Actually - the flash players don't have AM - only FM. My Sony MZ-F40 (1997 vintage) took a lot of hammer and still works fine.Looked kind of cute when I got it (much smaller than my tape walkman) but compared to modern portables its a bit of a house brick.....What I'd really like to see is an Hi-MD with a DAB radio....
