Joe Hendrix
I looked through a lot of talk about how to download version 3.1 and all the troubles people were having, but I never saw anything that said WHY one would even want this new version, other than the fact that it's new. I found out that the improvements are mainly for uploading capabilities and you don't have to use any wav converter. However The function of importing tracks in folders that you create and SonicStage puts them in albums at random and yoou have to create playlists which is VERY time consuming so if you feel happy with 2.3 just download the sony wav converter (or Mark's Hi-Md renderer) and the Sony Minidisc Label Projec program:http://www.sonydigital-link.com/DNA/HiMD/HiMD.asp?l=enAnd enjoy your Hi-Md... ozpeter
If you are making live recordings and you want the digital rights management removed, upgrading to v3.2 (currently being released) is essential.
Joe Hendrix
Any improvements to the interface? There are lots of improvements that should be done in that area.
atrain
yes a few although the way the albums are now managed is a little counter intuitive
Joe Hendrix
Will the new SonicStage work with the Network Walkman (NW-HD3)? I read somewhere that the SonicStage that came with this MD player was specialised just for this unit.
