First big problem with the Player...My display has broken today. There ist a line of dots vertikally through the display. Now i have to send it to a sony repair center...Thats really bad. I hope that there will be no more problems with the new display... :ol_bah:

Have you tried to reset your player using reset button?

4 days is not a long time... it is fault manufactured.. people who are in the forum that have the player much more than you and they didnt have problem like that... so there is no need to panic.. :)

And why did you ordered another one??

Yes I did...but there is no effect :-(

I'm not convinced that if you're in the UK and you only just bought your player that your remedy isn't against the retailer, at least at first instance.

Remember it is the retailer with whom you have a contract and not the manufacturer. Yes, you have a warranty from the manufacturer, but that is something that exists over and above your rights as regards the retailer.

I send it back and i get my money back. In the shop where i've ordered the broken one there are no more players available for the next 4 weeks. So i've ordered it in another shop...

Thats better
