alskdjfhg
Hi guys,I just installed SonicStage after clean installing windows on my computer. I installed sonic stage 3.1 and whenever I try to transfer a track to my MD, it says that the file format is not supported by sonicstage! The same thing occurs with sonicstage 3.2 and it does that to almost all of my music. When I had sonicstage 3.1 before clean installing windows, all my files used to work fine, and also that version didnt have the connect music store in it, but it was 3.1 i think. Please help me because this problem is very annoying and I have to convert all my music files into wav files before i can actually transfer them

MP3? Does your unit support MP3 direct playback. If not you need to convert them to ATRAC. In the transfer settings button make sure the settings are set to "Standard Transfer Mode" or "As is". Then click on the Advanced button at the bottom and change to "Ask each time" so that when a track cannot be transferred directly in its native state you will be asked what you wish to convert it to. alskdjfhg
hi thanks for the reply, however thats not the problem i am having.the error occurs when I am trying to convert the file into ATRAC so that it can be transferred onto my MD. Even if I just convert and not transfer it, the error comes saying that the file format is not recognised by SonicStage. All my songs are in MP3 on my hard drive and SonicStage didn't do this to me before.
Dark Horizon
I'm having the exact same problem. I've been getting the run-around from Connect's tech support for a week now. If you figure out the problem please post a solution.
