hello,

I am totally new to this:

have just bought a HiMd, and bypassed the SonicStage 2 disc that came with it in favour of downloading 3.2.

However, I find no trace of the SImple Burner...

- would anyone know if I am doing something obviously wrong;

- could it be that the 3.2 I got had no 'intention' of having SimpleBurner in it;

-is the best option for me to download the SimpleBurner 2 I have seen here, dated 2004?

thanks, D.

You can install the latest version of Simple Burner from the downloads section yes. This is probably recommended as it is likely more recent than the one on the Sonic Stage 2.0 disc. The main difference being you can transfer CD's to Hi-MD in PCM with the later version.

To answer your original question as well - SS3.2 and Simple Burner are separate downloads here where as on the original disc they are both on the same disc.
