Tom Ellard
Couldn't work out why SS32 was crashing when I tried to open an album with no artwork.Reality was that they did have artwork but it's not in a format that SS can understand. So SS does what it loves to do and CRASHES AND BURNSOK, so get iTunes and install it, find the tracks you need to use and remove the artwork from the files. Looks like they might be GIF - is SONY too cheap to pay the license?Don't spend too long in iTunes - you might like it too much
Mr_Bass_Man
Don't spend too long in iTunes - you might like it too much I installed iTunes for the purpose of playing PodCasts (I don't have, or ever intend to have an iPod ...)I thought it was a hideous piece of software, and it didn't stay long on my machine!Sonic Stage is also hideous, but I have (one or two ...) MD units, so it has to stay, warts and all. What the heck is wrong with using Windoze Explorer to drag tunes onto the device?Works with my CD burner! Richard
Not sure how this could happen if you correctly assign the cover art to the album. I can assign Jpeg's Gif's or Bitmaps as cover art - either via drag n drop on the title bar or via the properties of the album.
