C_player
It's an easy process. Try these steps:1. Click on a track in the library that you want to add artwork to.2. Wait for the track information to show up in the window above the library.3. Open your folder (or desktop) where you have your album artwork saved. Make sure the artwork isn't too large (bigger than 300x300 may give you problems).4. Drag the artwork from the folder to the "Connect" logo in that information window over the library. Drop the artwork on that logo.5. Bingo, you've added artwork to a track. As mentioned elsewhere, this process works best when using smaller artwork and not doing many of these artwork additions at one time. Do a few, do something in the player (like play music or switch views) then come back and add some more. You'll find it works better this way.Hope that helps. Ascariss
Really? huh, I always thought you had to add the artwork via the properties option for the file. But the drag and drop seems much easier. thanks. This will be added to the CP FAQ.

dutchtrance
yea that works for individual tracks, but it does not work for albums.we cannot edit or change the album info, but if you drag and drop a picture to the album view it just ignores it when it updates the view ( say sellecting a diff track ) and resorts back to the connect picture. how do we assign a picture to an album? Follow all the steps above for every single track in an album. This part is important, because if there is some other artwork it might get "found" and used instead.2. Remove all the songs for the album. I know, this sounds weird, but its necessary.3. Do a directory import, scan, or file import on all the songs in the album you just removed.4. When the songs pop back in, you should see the new artwork.I'm not quite sure, but I think the "album" highlight artwork belongs to the first song that shows up in the library with artwork in it. Unless you add only one song at a time, there is no way to predict which song that ends up being, so that's why all the songs need to have the same artwork.
