Hi

Thanks for the links, but I was kinda looking for a more detailed manual of the connect software, I'm think of "creating playlists", importing individual mp3 files into playlists, creating, edit playlists.

Have anyone tryed the GYM program together with the NW-A3000? Is that the only option if one want to export mp3 files freom the player to the local harddrive? Or can this be done in Connect?

Regards

Well depends, GYM has worked for some people with the A1000/A3000. Not everyone though. As for the mp3 manager, it doesn't work with it since it can't recognize it.

Rest assured that there are people here working for a winamp plugin for the A3000 and be able to export files and playlists to the units. you can't edit actual playlists on the units themselves, although that might change in teh future.

Hi

Are you saying I can't edit the playlist that I have on the player in the Connect program? Is the playlist creation then a one time operation wher I create it first in Connect, send it to the unit. And if I then need to edit it I have to delete it or edit in the player? Is that how it works?

The preferable way would be to see the units playlist in the connect program, select the one you need to edit and then do just that in the Conect program.

i think playlists made and imported to the player can be changed once its hooked up to CONNECT. it's only when you're on the go the player itself can't edit playlists, but will be able to soon is what i think ascariss was trying to say ... well. i can't edit playlists on the go.
