NW-E507 with A607 Function

Hi guys, may I know after this will there be another new firmware? Is it possible to have the Intelligent shuffle mode selective picture and Time machine shuffle like the A607 through the new firmware in the future? Hope to have good news! Thanks! Happy New YeaR!

Right now there is no information about the release of new firmware for old 500(series ).

I don`t think it is possible to add these new features in old series

The thing is, in order for those to work, you would need to use the connect player, and so far I don't think it supports the older flash units.

I would really like it if they updated the firmware so that the information display screen would look just like the A6xx series, since IMO it is way more efficient. For instance, the number of tracks does not cut into the artist name, etc...

I just bought an E507 and I wish they release a new firmware that would allow for bookmarking so that when I'm listening to a podcast or audiobook, I can switch to listening to music and still not lose my place when I go back to listening to the podcast or audiobook.
