swm
In version 3.0 of Sonic Stage I could save my files as WAV files and them pull them in to adobe audition for editing. version 3.4 is a pain. it doesn't save the files in WAV even though it says it is when transferring from the recording unit to my computer. the files end up being OPEN MG audio files instead of WAV files. Why is that. This is a real pain for me. I can't bring those files into to adobe audition..... I have to make an audio cd instead and then once the file is on audio cd i can bring it in to my adobe audition for editing. The problem with this is if I have a message recorded that's longer than 79 or 80 minutes....i won't even be able to get an audio cd of it. cd's only hold so much info. Why did they change this? Unless you can show me how to fix this problem, I am going to revert back to version 3.0.
Roamer
Just right-click on the file within SonicStage, and you get a context menu to 'Save as WAV file'.
Shozzer
It is possible to automatically transfer to WAV when importing. Under the advanced transfer settings tick "save in WAV format when importing". You will then be prompted to enter a location where you want SonicStage to save the file to (I think the default is in My Documents)

Shozzer
I can't say why it is not working for you. The option I mentioned seems to be a one stop shop for uplifting and transferring to WAV rather than having to uplift and then select each track individually for conversion. At least you have found a way of converting to WAV.
