I'm sure that's the million dollar question and they don't want to be bothered, but I got my ever-so-expensive black DH10P in the mail from them last week and it came defective. I sent several e-mails their way LAST TUESDAY to their "we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours" address and have not received ANY response.I didn't want to spread any bad vibes on this board, but my patience has worn thin. I also posted this on the T-board, as I'm begnning to get rather peeved sitting on over $530 of defective hardware.Here's what the camera portion of the DH10P they sent me does:As you can see the screen flickers with what looks like video static.. then once it rests there is an extremely under-exposed (dark) view.Here is a photo taken during the static: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
