RobA
How long is the RH10 battery life at 48kbps without a AA battery. All I can seem to find is 33hrs with a combination of a NiMH and AA. Edited March 17, 2006 by RobA

RobA
i get about... 9-10 hours @ 128kbps, if thats any help. That's all? Are NiMH batteries really that bad on their own? Does the AA battery case make the unit look bulky, anyone got a pic with the rh10 along with the battery case?
demod
I have something like 8 hours or less with mixed vbr MP3 ( with average of 225 or so ), 320 ATRAC3Plus and 38x ( or whatever the highest is ) of same But.. i use it with Sennheiser 595 which definitely consumes pretty much

I thought the thing would atleast get around 20 with only the NiMH, guess I will have to hook up the AA battery attachment when my rh10 arrives. Zerogun
I'm getting 10-12 with 352 kps ATRAC. Supposedly it lasts 14.5 with 256 (per specs) but I'm not getting that.Also... with the RH10, playing MP3s at 128 should get you 13hours per specs, but I have not tested this as of yet. xravexboix
I'm getting between 12 - 15 hours at Hi-SP256.With the AA battery (I'm using high capacity one-time use Sony batteries... found them cheap...) it seems to hit near 22 hours x_X
