gforums
Hello,I'm new here.Got my DH10P-MD Player yesterday and I'm happy with it mostly. But the slideshow function has a problem with the saved pictures on the Hi-MD:While the picture viewer does "sharpen" the pictures on the LCD screens after a second (first, they look very unsharp), the slide show only does show the pictures unsharpened. There seems also not beeing the possibility, to enlarge the time, after which the nex display in the slideshow is set. So, because the time until two picuters may be too short for the player to show up the images full sharpened, it's not possible to really enjoy the slideshow. What do you think? Any way (Service menu?) to change this? Thanks for your answers, kind regardsfrom Germany.Christian
Richard
Unfortunately you cannot change the time interval only the order in which images are displayed (in order / random). The manual actually warns that images in the slideshow may appear rougher than the actual image.
gforums
Hello! Thanks for your answer. God to know that also Sony is aware of this issue :-)btw: I think it is also not possible to open the JPEG Viewer without opening the lens cover? And also zooming in JPGs (not coming from built in cam) seems not possible...regardsChristian

Richard
Ok it's definitely not possible to start the JPEG viewer without opening the lens cover (slideshow yes). But I copied a photo I took with another Sony digital camera on the DH10P and could zoom it in the JPEG viewer with no problem. The manual does say that it doesn't support progressive JPEG's or anything under 16x16 pixels.
