Delete compilation albums from HD5

Hello,

I can't find out how to remove/delete compilation albums (various artists) from my HD5,

When I plug the HD5 into the computer, the transfer window opens in SS and it can be sorted into 'Artist' or 'playlist' but not album.

I dont think SOnicStage as this option, what you can do is this:

If you sort it by artist you will get a look like this:

#Artist 1

#Artist 2

#Artist 3

#Artist 4

#Artist 5

#etc...

if you click on the little box to the left of the artists name it will display all the elbumbs by that artists:

#Artist 1

-ALbum 2

--Track 1

--Track 2

--Track 3

--Track 4

--etc...

-ALbum 3

-ALbum 4

-etc...

#Artist 2

#Artist 3

#Artist 4

#Artist 5

#etc...

thats the only way to do it really, or you can get the moded version of Sonic stage:

Wow,m if only i'd known of that program sooner, SS is total dog when it comes to editing anything on an HD5.

EDIT - Noooooooo That's just GYM, doesn't work wirt Atrac Files nice program but could do with ATRAC support.

I guess long winded it is then!

I have been keeping an eye on GYM, it looks great, however I like to have music on my player in Atrac format because it means the battery lasts longer.

yep, it doesnt do folders, and you cant move the order of tracks around on the player intself through the window showing what's on the hd5. If you edit 5 songs to think they are part of 1 album, transfer then realise you need to add one track to it, it might be glitchy and put it in another album even if its the same name album lol. Bit hicky but i just make sure i sort it out before in transfer.
