I need to McGyver a clip for tonight

Somehow I lost one of the clips for my SP-BMC-2 with Audio Technica Clips from Sound Professionals. I guess because I was recording in stealth, I didnt realize the clip had fallen out of my pocket.

So I must record a show tonight. And I doubt I'm going to fnd a replacement clip in the city today.

Does anyone know either:

1. Where can I buy a replacemet clip in New York City?

or

2. How can I come up with a way to hold the mic in place tonight?

please let me know some genius suggestion!

If you got long hair, SP-BMC-2 are ideal to put on eartips.

You could attach them to the rim of glasses, close to your ears. Soundquality-wise, they're in a very good position there. You can fix them with tape, heat shrink tube or the like.

thank you sooo much for all your advice or opinions. It was too late to hit B&H but so good to know about for the future! I should have thought to go there.

In the end I used a paper clip and a binder clip to jmmy rig some semblance of a proper clip. It worked out ok. But pretty rediculous looking.
