I've been using my NW-A3000 for a week or so now, but I find it a bit frustrating that it shuts down after a very short period when I pause the song on playback. If I wanted to turn the unit off, I would select shut down! I realize it must be trying to save power, but this is irritating in work, when if I get asked a question, or the phone rings, I put the player on pause, repsond, then have to essentially turn the player back on, with the welcome screen etc, rather then simply carry on playing the track.
Is there any setting that prevents the player switching off so rapidly, or even better, allows the player to stay on? Cheers, Jamie
(PS- what aftermarket in-ear headphones are people using? I am thinking of getting some Shure or Entymotic in-ear types, as my Sennheiser PX200 (closed) are not really suitable, and the plugs that came with the player hurt my ears.)
