heathi
I found this out by chance and now I can resurrect a whole host of MD's recorded using older NET MD units. I was under the impression the MZ-RH1 only allowed you to upload MDLP tracks recorded via analogue or optical in, but not so.
doclloyd
Can you show us a screenshot of this in action? How does SB handle where to upload the tracks?
heathi
Hey Doclloyd, I mean you can use SB to record tracks from CD onto a NET MD, or a Hi-MD in MD mode. Then, when you later open SS 3.4 connected to your MZ-RH1, you are allowed to import those tracks from MD to My Library. In other words, the upload support for legacy MD extends also to digitally recorded tracks from SB.

Whst would be the advantage of doing that vs. just ripping the CD in SS to begin with?
The Low Volta
it is especially important for ppl that recorded a lot of their (or of others') CD's to NetMD using SB as they now can get those tracks back without going back to the CDso interesting as it was sometthing claimed to be imposiible, but only useful for very little ppl I guess
