Hi all,

I know this is kinda asking for too much, but is it possible for anyone to donate a LIP-4WM bought off ebay and deliver it to me (in Singapore)?

This is because I'm a student, don't own a credit card, and could not buy it off ebay myself.

Or is it possible for someone to buy it on my behalf and send it to me, while I pay the person via bank transfer? Thanks!

If you have a bank account and an email address, you can open a (free) personal account with PayPal (www.paypal.com), then purchase from eBay. I don't believe this requires a credit card, just a bank account from which it draws funds when you make a payment to a vendor who accepts PayPal payments.

from what I check, you can withdraw from paypal with just a bank account, but u need a credit card to add funds to it. Yep, I already have a paypal account.

That is incorrect. You can use your bank account as your funding source as well. I do it all the time.

Thanks. Yep, had that added before.

So how do I transfer from my bank account to paypal?

To use PayPal to pay someone, you don't perform a separate "transfer" of money from your bank to PayPal (although I guess that's what happens). Rather, when you pay a vendor who accepts PayPal payments, you "checkout" or click the vendor's PayPal link (like an eBay seller). It prompts you to sign in if you already have a PayPal account. Then if all you have registered with PayPal is your bank account, it should default to that account as your funding source. The transfer from your bank account to PayPal, and then from PayPal to your seller, happens pretty much simultaneously.

really, i have my paypal account linked to my checking account, usually there's no money in there. i just transfer from my bank account to paypal and wait 3-4 days for it to clear. i prefer it this way, cuz i dont want a direct link to my bank acct.
