David Leth Williams
Hi.I recieved my new nw-a3000b today. I get home, excited to try the thing.I put the connect player cd in the cd drive, and start the installation. All is fine till now. Then comes my problem:As you can see, I cannot see the radio buttons, and therefor I cannot continue from there. It was the same on the opening screen, and the screen where you choose location.Has anyone experienced anything similar?Help will be greatly appreciated!Cheers. Christopher
What is your screen resolution (800x600, etc)? Also, have you tried hitting the tab key?

Richard
On the screenshot you have attached it looks like the back button is highlighted. If you press shift-tab to go to the previous item does the "next" button activate? Or try shift-tab, then use the cursors to go up and down (hoping to toggle between yes/no for the acceptance). Also scroll down to the end of the agreement - does anything change? David Leth Williams
I also tried scrolling to the bottom, nothing changed. Its like the buttons aren't there. When you are in the textfield, and press tab, it goes straigh to the "tilbage"(back) button. Then to "annuller"(cancel), and back to the text field. David Leth Williams
Actually i managed to install Connect player now. I kept trying since apparently you had to, because it comes with some openMG drivers or something. On the screen, i had to press up/down, which i hadn't tried.I only pressed left/right - don't ask why. My monitor is 17", and i have DX 9.0c.
granbajo
I too had this problem... BTW, you will get it as well when installing the upgrades... using tab and up and down arrows does the trick! It has nothing to do with the screen resoloution (I changed it to every single one my computer supported without luck). On the thread I started around Christmas, someone mentioned that he had also seen the problem and he thought it was caused by having firefox installed... I also have FF... do you? I am just curious to find out if this is really the cause of the problem.
Guest Stuge
Updating the Microsoft explorer 6.0 might do the trick
David Leth Williams
Granbajo: I have FF installed, and it is my default browser. Sounds plausible that, FF could be the cause. It just seems wierd that a browser could affect CP that much...Stuge: I have IE v6.
granbajo
I also have IE 6... so it definitely doesn't fix it
Heman
Please make English language as your system default (Control Panel>Regional Settings), and try again. Good lucks. It seems your language (Danish?) is using double-byte format (singe font width) as non-Latin characters. Other workaround is to change Display pixel in registry, too danger.
