Hayles Posted January 16, 2007 Report Share Posted January 16, 2007 When I installed sonicstage to a new computer and tried to transfer tracks, a message was displayed saying that I cannot transfer tracks to the ATRAC Audio Device as it contains tracks from another computer. All this is apparently to do with not authorizing the device when I first used it. When I go to authorize it on the new computer I am unable to as the options are 'greyed' out. It says I must delete all tracks from the device. Is there a way I can authorize the device without having to delete all the tracks? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
