wojtukiewicz
I dont know if this is answered here or what. A few years ago I copied all my CDs to MDs and got rid of the CDs. Now, I'd like to copy some of myMDs back to CD so I can listen in my car. All it tells me is Unable to authenticate device or that I can't copy MD files because they are not in the proper format. Can I or can I not bring MD files BACK to MY LIBRARY and then write a CD? Thanks in advance
Richard
Welcome - It all depends on what model you have. (As you said a few years ago I'm assuming you don't have a Hi-MD device, in which case the short answer is unless you acquire an RH1 then you are limited to uploading in real time)Anyhow see here for full details: http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=7070

A440
MZ-NH810CKThat's the MZ-N810CK, a NetMD recorder, and it does not upload. The USB connection is one-way on all NetMD units: computer to MD.The easiest thing to do is get a little FM transmitter and plug it into the headphone jack of MD to play through the car stereo. Something like this, though you may want to investigate newer models--maybe they've improved. http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-F8V3080-TuneC...r/dp/B0001F22PA Edited May 20, 2007 by A440
