Strungup Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 (edited) I picked up the Sony Store catalouge , today , It Has both the PCM-D1 , and the D50 in it also the new Mac Compatable MP3 recorder Only 1 MD in there , the MZ-B10 ...... that means they are starting the Move of the RH1 to the Pro section or not at all . The MZ-B10 is classified as an educational product so they will keep making it for awhile I guess. ( I have to admit it is perfect for that purpose, I have one , and that is how I study Japanese ) The MP3 recorder (ICD-UX80 and 70 ) breaks down this way (2 GB and 1 GB respectively) Stereo Recording ST= MP3 44.1 sample rate 192 kbs - 40-20,000 hzSTSP= MP3 - 44.1 - 128kbs - 40-15,000hzSTLP= MP3 - 22.05 - 48 kbs - 60- 7500 hzSP= MP3 - 44.1 - 32 kbs - 60-10,000 hzLP= MP3 - 11.025 - 8 kbs - 60- 3,400 hz VOR and DPC 1/2 speed to 2 X Line in and Mic in (stereo W/Plugin Power ) 3 EQ settings Jazz , Rock, Pop ,off No Software requiredCharging circuit built in use a regular NMHD in Supports ID3 TagsIt is finally over ,........ all IC chips and SD cards now .
