GunnarW
Hi,I have a disk that has "bad sectors" at the end. I hear blanks and if I want to re-record on the same area: the equipment displays "Recording problem" reaching the bad area.So I want to try to make a diskcopy (only the good tracks) and throw away the bad disk. Maybe it can work connecting two MDplayers by optical cable on my soundcard Terratec where the restriction on copycontrol can be disabled. I didn't try it out because my optical cable is too short. The question is: imagine that a digital transfer could work: Will I have the same audioquality on the target MD? Will there be no loss of quality by resampling?(note: I always use SP as recoding option)Gunnar W. - Belgium
sfbp
I think that SP->PCM->SP should be just fine.Good luck!
