HEARDATBEAT
I just bought some Etymotic ER6i headphones and I am loving the mids and highs but the lows dissapointed me a bit so i started searching and the best way to up that bass was to get an amp. what type of amp do you guys suggest to get with these headphones?I was looking at the CMoy amps and they seem to do a good job as anyone had any experience with these or recommend me a good portable amp for these phones. Strungup
The Etymotics do need a little more power , they were designed originally as in ear monitors for stage use . and that means coming from a Headphone driver with pro level power Consumer phones are designed to use a LOT less power to achieve a moderate frequency spectrum.with the Amp you will hear HUGE differences in details with those phones.
