doclloyd
I don't know how many people here know about or use ACID software, but I'm encouraged and excited to see that Sony Media Software has added ATRAC support directly into ACID Pro 6! Now those mixes and loop-based tracks people want to create can be directly saved to ATRAC format. It also allows me to use tracks from my SS library (unprotected only, of course) in ACID projects. Provided of course that I could afford this beast of software. Import/export list here: http://www.sonymediasoftware.com/products/...&FeatureID=8479I would like to think it's a sign of things to come from Sony and/or others regarding the ATRAC format. Maybe other software will soon follow?

willykyu
It would be great if they implement this in their excellent Vegas Video software too! maybe in a near released update? first acid, then Vegas?
doclloyd
I wouldn't mind if this feature found its way into the "home studio" line of their products, like ACID Studio, which I have. @Ishi, what rumblings have you heard re: the ATRAC SDK? Is this really just the beginning of something bigger?
