Getting a Yahoo Auctions ID now that Yahoo auctions INTL is gone

So, after reading some suggestions that the best way to find decently priced Hi-MD players (especially NH1's) is the japanese auction sites, I surfed over there, only to be confronted with tons of kanji. The google translate won't translate getting a yahoo japan ID. Anyone know of a way to get set up that is less JP intense? There are some great units on there that translated well. I especially like the prices on RH1's.

Actually my guess is that there are so many people in Japan with MD players that simply want to move their stuff out of the format, that people are renting them to do that (for a week, say).
