Soundbox
It has been there for 2+ weeks - a Sony MZ-N910 portable (in silver) with charger, docking stand and remote - for
Azureal
I personally think that the N910 is the pinnacle of NetMD/MDLP portable units. It is basically an N10 in a durable all metal case. Did you get the little dock with it too? I picked a battered N910 unit a few years back, it is a great portable. I can't justify picking one up a nice clean one on eBay as they almost always go over $100 USD. You got a great deal for 10 pounds!
Soundbox
Yes - I got the clear plastic stand with AC adaptor - the only thing missing really is a gumstick battery as the supplied one is dead.

Another great thing about the N910, it uses the very common gumstick. Multiple reputable battery manufacturers still make them. The N10 has a built in Li-ion which is almost impossible to source and complete bear to swap out (I did it once and I am lucky my N10 still works). Soundbox
Just adding a photo taken today of my new MD portable. Taken with my Nikon D50 and 35-105mm Ai-S lens.
Azureal
Great picture Soundbox! That unit looks pristine! It is in far better condition than mine!
Soundbox
Thanks - I enjoy setting up a quick still life and MD portables are rather photogenic. The machine has been used - but not heavily. I spent my time with careful cleaning (using a lightly wetted artists paintbrush and microfible cloth). This method gets all the dirt out of even the smallest crannys. philippeb
I personally think that the N910 is the pinnacle of NetMD/MDLP portable units. Agreed. My mother, who is 80, has a silver one, that she uses daily, when she walks her dog.

Soundbox
I see an advertisement coming on (woof woof at all those high freqencies!) Me? I think I'll be keeping this example - but then I'm a natural hoarder.
