I have one of each and they are identical except for the name, same buttons, I/O, even the firmware seems identical. The packaging is slightly different as the MZ-M200 includes a microphone. The RH1 was also available in silver (somehow I managed to acquire one of each type for a song three or four years ago). The black MZ-RH1 and the MZ-M200 are still new in their boxes unused except for initial testing!
