I use ID3v2 only and it converts them into IDv1 tag and messes track numbers and genres. how do I stop it?I use NW-A3000 if it any helps. 0 Pulse Posted July 23, 2006 Report Share Posted July 23, 2006 In the options on some page (I can't remember which and I can't be bothered to open up connect to wait 5 hours for it to load , but i'm sure you'll find it) there is an option called "Write Metadata Automatically" or "Write Metadata Immediately" its one of the two, I can't remember the exact wording. Its a tickbox, make sure that it is un-ticked and hopefully Connect won't change your tags anymore. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
