angel82 Posted October 30, 2015 Report Share Posted October 30, 2015 Hello,I have aiwa xr-md110 it has SPDIF input and Stereo Speakers out. It is connected with my digital setup box using SPDIF (Optic Connector). Now the issue is that only music and sound effect is coming out from both Left and right speakers.No Vocal is transmitted. What could be wrong ? Same happens when i connect this amplifier with SPDIF output of my LED TV and run anything from USB.its like the amp is treating SPDIF signal as surround sound and only transmitting surround sound of background sound to these speakers?Pics are attached for connection detail etc . sfbp Posted October 30, 2015 Report Share Posted October 30, 2015 You'd better be sure you have 100V mains. A 115-120 V supply will cause all sorts of strange things to happen. Given that your sig says Pakistan where the mains is 230V, you must be using a converter but if it's from 230 to 115 that will fry this equipment. Been there, done that.
