ajwhitehead Posted September 14, 2006 Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 (edited) Apologies if this is a repetition of previous questions but I can't find an answer in the forum.Since I got a new laptop, SS 4.0 won't connect to Gracenote. It asks me if I want to register, and when I click OK, nothing happens. The problem exists when connecting through both my home broadband and my work LAN.BUT... iTunes and Winmap both pick up Gracenote info on my computer, and I am able to get Gracenote to work on other PCs at work and at home, so I'm fairly certain it isn't a firewall issue, but an issue with this copy of SS 4.0.At the moment I'm ripping CDs in iTunes to get the song info, then importing the files into SS - bit of a pain.Any ideas gratefully received.Thanks Edited September 14, 2006 by ajwhitehead Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
