DannyB37
edit#1:NW-S70* Series will supporT ATRAC Advanced Lossless WTF? This is news. navsimpson
The bitrates in ATRAC lossless refer to the lossy part of the file i.e. ATRAC lossless keeps a lossless and lossy version so that when you transfer it to your device, it just throws the lossy version on - though I suppose that will now change with the new series. navsimpson
Just in case any Sony folks read this forum, I shall also add:Selling some of Columbia's catalogue of jazz/classical in lossless or 352kbs would be a brilliant way to get those finnicky audiophiles using Connect where they would only eschew iTunes. First, of coursre, you might want to consider bringing the bloody thing to Canada!

Lossless in the connect store would be just crazy, think of the download times! 352kbps would be nice in the music store "hint hint sony" I have to agreeAND WE NEED IT IN CANADA!!!! (yeh yeh yeh, I'm in england, but not for long in the process of immigration ect) Edited October 16, 2006 by DannyB37
