Well, today he dropped it out of'his pocket from a chair. The problem is that when you start it up it gets stuck on the ''good music, good day'' screen and you have to push the reset button to shut it down.I listened to the HDD and I think it's the HDD that's stuck....I know NW-A1200 has G-protection. I had the same problem with the first NW-A1000 I bought the wife. The guy in the Sony Centre said it had broke and I got a full refund.
