RobA
My beloved NW-HD5 has gone missing. I believe it was stolen from me, as I cannot find it anywhere and I always put it in the same place. And I don't have $200 for a new one right now.If anyone is willing to part with a good condition HD5 (or HD3/HD1 if I must settle for one) for like $70 or less, please reply, I'm very upset and frustrated right now... RobA
Well after finding out that my player was indeed stolen and is now long gone, I bit the bullet today and spent $190 for a new one.

RobA
Sorry to hear you had your player stolen, and you actually found a brand new HD5?Well not completely new, it's a refurb, but so was my last one. I have no problems with refurbs, they are pretty much as close to new as it can get, much closer than "like new" used players off ebay. I was actually considering bidding on this: http://cgi.ebay.com/Sony-Network-Walkman-N...1QQcmdZViewItem a brand new HD1. But even for $125 (thats assuming it stays at that price), I really didn't want to wait 6 days for an auction to end that I might not even win. If I could've found a new or refurb HD1 that was cheaper than what I paid for my HD5, I probably would've bought one.
markey
I'm not surprised you bought another one of these, probably the best player Sony has made so far.
