Best Media Manager for NWZ-A81x series

Hi guys. I'm hunting around to see if there's a media manager compatible with my NWZ-A818.

- if I Drag & Drop, the 'year' info gets lost from the tracks and there's no way to regulate the bitrate of the transferred player

- if I use WMP, the album art (sometimes) gets lost, and I either have no control over bitrate or, set a bitrate and have WMP convert my music into *.wma

- the Sony Media Manager is clunky, slow and buggy - not good!

So is there anything out there that will convert my music into 128kbps mp3, and which will retain all tags an album art...?

Good choice. I have been using it with my 815 and am also able to sync to other players including my Sansa, Creative and even to flash memory cards. Imports all of my Songs and ratings from iTunes too.

I use iTunes on a Mac (which Sony doesn't support officially, but works fine)-just have to drag the desired tracks out of the library list and onto the A815-retains album art.
