riegal
I hope this is the correct forum for this question. I searched the forum & could not find any discussion on this. I have a MZ-N10 (great machine!) I am looking for compact portable speakers, that can for instance be packed in a suitcase. Anyone have experience/recommendation with speakers? Where I am living now there is only 1 store that carries this kind of stuff, and they only had 1 speaker to listen to, so I am dependent on this type of feedback. Thanks. Leland
I have never found a "compact" speaker that I liked. They all sound too thin or contrived. I would use earphones.

norrad
I have a pair of Sony SRS-Z500 for travel and I am highly pleased with them. Originally I had the Z750 model but it was larger and too bass heavy in hotel rooms. There is only a volume knob, no tone or bass/treble adjust. The 500's are lighter, smaller and still pack impressive sound quality. That's my opinion, hope it's useful. norrad
