Also, double-check your recording levels from the DVD once you get started. Some DVD players (like mine) limit the output levels, resulting in a pretty quiet recording. I don't know if this is for copyright reasons...?

Well i'm not quite sure what it is called, but i know what kind of plug should be on either end.

Okay one end is to connect to the DVD player which has an optical output/input and the other end should connect to the MD player which had a plug in hole just like the microphone one.

Do i make sense?

I think what you're looking for can be found here:

I know you're non-US, but it's a reference point at least. This TOSlink to miniplug optical cable might just be a normal optical cable with a mini-plug adapter on the end of it. They are sold here in the US like that sometimes... to me, all the brands seem to work just fine.

Good luck. Hopefully somebody in your area sells them. Or there's always the internet.

Minidisc Australia also allows u 2 pay without a credit card using a service in Australia called C.O.D (supplied by Australia Post and stands 4 Cash On Delivery if u didn't know) meaning that you pay for your purchase when it arrives rather than paying over the internet using a credit card...it incurs extra charges 2 use the service, but its worth it if u don't have a credit card and itz also more secure than paying over the net... tongue.gif
