Guest Anonymous
i'm not sure whether to get an mp3 or md player. now with all the subpoenas coming up with the RIAA, i'm thinking about buying an MD player and just (i guess) "bootlegging" all the music myself and recording music onto minidiscs by borrowing from others. now that's how i plan to gather music (by borrowing music from others). with that plan for obtaining music, what do you all suggest would be better for me? would mp3 be better or MD? also planning to hook the MD up to a radio (FM radio is good quality IMO)
Guest Anonymous
oh, if anyone could post some helpful websites that offer reviews or excellent websites to purchase MD player/recorders online, that'd be great! thanks in advance
mAjEsTiC
well depending on what u plan 2 use it for...if you want to leech a lot of files off other ppl then i think you're better off buying some hdd based player such as the ipod...but if u want to share your music around with your friends and also record from any source (whether live or from a static set e.g. PC, HiFi etc) )then it's better to stick with MD... if you want reviews on mp3 units then you can head over to eCoustics.com...for MD related stuff go to the minidisc.org site...there are links to reviews on specific units from Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Aiwa and so on... hope this helps...
