Guest Anonymous
I need some help...Everytime i try to load my own recorded shows onto my computer to make a cd, i get an error reading just saying "check in failed. I have a sony NetMD MZ-NE410. Can anyone tell me a good program other than sony's crap? Thanx again!
mAjEsTiC
did you originally check out the files from your PC? because if you didn't the file doesn't exist on your computer and with sony's DRM/SCMS crap it won't allow you to "check in" the file to your PC...you are basically forced to record through the MD -> PC in realtime using the soundcard's inputs if you recorded say a live concert from a mic onto your MD... sudden
You can't transfer stuff from MD to PC trough NetMD. This check in/out is just a copy protection that Sony have put in. Preventing multiple MD disc copies. Only way to transfer from your MD to PC is via analog line out (headphone) to line in on PC in real time. Guest Anonymous
will someone PLEASE write or hack something so that we can upload from md -> pc via usb. recording a nights set, and wanting to burn it is a pain. 3 hours i have to leave it recording, (with the usual "clicks", "lags" and "noise" problems)... ffs! surley it should not be difficult to transfer data in the opposite direcion! Christopher
If it wasn't difficult don't you think it would've been done by now? One day, perhaps. Know anyone who knows anything about USB/eeprom stuff? k

Sure... Just tell me these simple things... 1) How do I crack an encryption algorithm that I have absolutly no information about (apart from the fact that its an encryption algorithm) 2) How do I stop the IsDebuggerPresent() from returning 1 when the Kernel32.dll is loaded dynamically 3) If Uploading is not supported in any way shape or form by the NetMD, how do I add functionality to the MD firmware(s) so that uploading is actually possible. If you can tell me how to do any of these things then ill continue on my quest. But as it stands, im giving up. Ive spent too much time getting nowhere. Ive got other projects on mind now, as well as a fulltime job. Bye.
