Bass reduction in live recordings using editing program???

Anyone know how to cut down on the bass level on a live recording after its already in wav format? I've got a great Ziggy Marley recording from a couple weeks ago, sounds awesome, but a little too much bass. Not punches but like the bass guitars cranked way up. Just curious if you can edit easily on Nero 6 Wav editor or otherwise..

i'm not too sure about Nero 6 sound editor but usually you can analyse the whole sound signature and cut down on the bass with one of the filters...

Yes in Nero you have a EQ filter, also you can use a sound editor to change sound. I like GoldWave (www.goldwave.com) over Nero Wave Edit.

i agree with sudden...go and d/l goldwave since it is a far better program than nero wav editor...
