a320sherif
hy everyone.... 1-i would like to know if the mz-nh900 and the mz -nhf800 units have a backlight on the lcd unit itself , ....... 2-i listen a lot of music while i drive, what i do i connect the hdd or the cd/mp3 player to an external jack and then i change the songs with the right hand,...well i would like to buy the MZ-NH900 but the remote is like a cigar shape,... i friend of mine had a minidisc with this remote....... is kind of hard to use it with only one hand , you have to use 2 hands to change tracks ,..... i tried a remote like the MZ-NHF800, a flat type it was much easer to change the tracks with only one hand, .......do you agree with me? 3- does the remote of the MZ-NHF800 has a group pushbutton? 4-so if there is a group pushbutton on the remote , on the lcd will appear the name of the folders groups (for example cheap trick , reo speedwagon , motley crue) which i can select by using fwd and back then press play and the remote will show me the first song of the folder group and then i can move fwd and back to select my favourite song of that group ............i am correct? thanks guys for the patience.....but i am new to the md stuff. crazeybt1
1. Uhh not likley to my knowledge Sony have only made a few models where there's light on the unit itself like the SP1 n MZ-NE410 but i could be wrong 2. I agree to an extent yes..i mean from experince with Sony Remotes my 2 favorite were the one that came with the MZR70 n the uhh can't remember the Model but the stick style that comes with the MZR700 or MZN707 (blue n Black) 3. Now that's a good Question uhh as u know i'm only giving opinions right..i'd like to believe it does my reason, well i mean it's a hi MD unit n its pretty much one of the high end ones n HI MD would mean more Music so i link that to mean they expect u to have More music groups...n bearing in mind the purpose 4 the remote is to have ur unit elsewhere while u still got the convinience of editiing n controling what's going on with the Unit itself 4. Now that's a tough Question which i'm sure to b fully right about i would have to get the unit n do a review but checking the way the text is layed out on the Remote it might n might not be so..remotes which suport showing the group information thus far i've seen comes with 2 lines 4 displaying that stuff n thus far this remote seems to only have one. but we'll c ..i'm lost to that one as much as u.. ixeo
here's an easy question  what color is the NH900? http://www.minidisc.org/part_Sony_MZ-NH900.html it says Colors: Silver, Black http://www.minidisc.org/images/sony_mznh90...0_thumb_110.jpg thats silver+olive http://www.minidisc.org/images/sony_mznh90...900_avwatch.jpg this is silver+black http://www.minidisc.org/images/sony_mznh90...silver_mymd.jpg this is silver+grey/ash http://www.minidisc.org/images/sony_mznh90..._black_mymd.jpg this is black+grey/ash http://www.minidisc.org/images/mz-nh900_ce...bit_nicolas.jpg this is black+black so the real question is, the specs say colours - silver or black..but we have so many combinations...which one is it!? i think the silver+olive looks awful, and the silver+black is bad too. the silver+grey/ash is decent.. the black+grey/ash looks out of place, and the black+black is sleek & stealthy. personally i'd go with the silver+grey/ash or the black+black.. the rest is awful IMHO
