  1. Maybe the Sony NW-HD5 walkman need exactly the same procedure than any MD Net-MD unit, meaning disable first the Microsoft signature control during the setup (see topics about that subject on Sony Insider Minidisc forum). But as I never had a Sony walkman, i could not say that it work. You also need to have the most recent drivers, see the download section.

  2. Hi, Here's a new netmd760.cat file. Just replace the existing file with this one. This fixes the hash mismatch errors... netmd760.cat

  3. Hi all, Just to add to the list - I've now got my CMT-M333NT accessible through this version of SonicStage using: Win 10 the original Sony USB cable Net MD 64bit drivers found in the Downloads section As I hadn't read things through thoroughly first, I installed SonicStage first with no luck. I had to follow the steps spelled out in the other post (restarting with the ability to load Unsigned Drivers) to load the Drivers afterwards, but it all worked perfectly. Now I just need to find someone with a MZ-RH1 so that I can Sync my old SP MD's back to PC so they're not lost! Shame there's no Audio Out (other than using the headphone jack) on the CMT-M333NT (& such unusual speaker connections) - otherwise I could hook it into my Sonos Connect and blast old MD's through all the house. Thanks to everyone involved in keeping this thread and the various pieces of software running!

  5. Just Fantastic! I am sort of tech geek with a love of 'retro'. With all the new music hardware, phones, flash players, etc. I would consider this a bit of retro music player. I received my first Minidisc player last week from ebay and was very fired up. I got the NetMD MZ-NE410 in almost new condition, BUT...the Sony software was a total dream smasher. I searched and searched all night, tried my best to get it working but constantly got the 'cannot transfer issues' or it would get to the end, and stop at the last 3 or 4 tracks. Last night I found this site! Wow, the Ultimate Edition saved my bacon and sanity! I uninstalled the Sony version, installed this and am now cranking out my metal better than ever. Thank you so much for this, and I love the site. Glad to see a home for Minidisc users that is still alive and active!

  11. Thank you very much. This now is working perfectly with Windows 7-64 bit. I can now use my MD-RH1 to do voice recordings again.
