But pictures can be manipulated, I guess they have to prove it in a hi-md test but can be manipulated too.

It's not because people rip from CDS that the quallity will be good, for exemple, you can burn a cd using 128kbps mp3 and than rip it to the pc using 320kbps but the quallity won't be really 320kbps, it will be around 128kbps because you can't gain quallity just by rising the bitrate. Once the file is in 128kbps, you can only rise it with pro tools i guess not jus reencoding it.

A portable is not as big as a deck so you can't always hope for the same quallity

I see the iPods like this: Too heavy and too expensive. When will you put 60GB of music? If you have all of this on you HD, you can have one HI-MD and once a week remake on disc. I go only for md because of this: The MD you can change the disc and have all the space you need. You can make live recordings The battery last a lot on the Net-MDs, mine (NE-410) last 56hours with 1 AA. It's about 120g. so it's not that far from a cellphone It cost about US$300 one of the top models whille the iPod is like what US$300 the mini with 4GB? They allways say that the iPod is 40GB, 60GB so it's a lot better, but is it worth to pay a lot more to have this space and use about 5, 10GB? My friend has one iPod (40GB) and one Net-MD and he likes more the MD than the iPod. His iPod is almost going for sale because it's to bad for walking with it on the pocket.

I don't understand this: You wanna know if the LP2 in the Hi-MD is better than in the Net-Md or if Hi-LP is a higher level than the LP2 because the LP2 should be the same on both units since just the sound features on the unit is differente not the encoding.

The EQ is very good because you can have one for studio music and one for live music.

Now I know everything, I got the manual from the internet. I didn't think about this on the past days since mine just arrive on august 1st. Now I know about the eq, how it work, it's a lot better because it's not just bass and treble like it was on my past md. Now we have 100hz, 250hz, 630hz, 1,6khz, 4khz and 10khz, this is just amazing. We have the contrast too that is very good also. I can't wait until I put my hands on it.

Nobody answer the last post so i'm gonna put a new question into it also. 1 - What kind of ajustments are there on the eq? Low, Mid and High or is like the net mds, Bass and Treble only? 2 - Does all RH910 come with the charging stand or just in some places?

Your math is a little differente from mine. 2 x 45h = 90 = 3,75 days = 3 days and 18 hours.

But the 2nd gen. is already there isn't it? I've heard some things about 2GB disks, it might be a dual side like the dvds i guess.

I would buy a new one because you have the warranty, it's new not used, you don't need to spend more money with shipping, one new is about 100 bucks on ebay. It's cheaper i guess considering the shipping and repair.

But this system (tu swing over your neck) is better because only one cord will be pulled down in some cases and not both of them. So i'd better look out for a new phone too when i get my rh910. And about this system, it's very good too because you can use only on one ear and the other phone is close to your neck not inside your clothes or down to your bally. But i hope that the sound of the eq is good enouth to overcome the phone quallity and give me a good with with the stock phones. What kind of ajustments are there on the eq? So it's just like a cellphone. Dammit I'd prefer the aa charger style because while it's on the wall, you can use the md but like this, when you are charging the gumstick battery you can't use the md. Last question, about the earphones, are they good? Do they have a good low frequency sound? I mean, like the iPod ones?
