why not do it the same way as a dvd? the 'clusters' on the back of it are just smaller (I think),if so just srink them again! lol yeh ok maby not a 20gb but that was a nice idea! with a 20gb md you could put a movie on it at extreamily high quality! Now that sounds good!

Yeh, I took advantage of that! and I'm not regreting my MZ-NH1 since... besides the unusual Lip-4Wm thingy! why no aa battery pack... anyway 20GB Md's sound good!

www.winamp.com add them to a new playlist and winamp can alphabetize the songs. save them as a m3u playlist file and import that into sonic stage.

both, the lens cleaner isn't formatted it just brushes the lens while the minidisc player is trying to read it. and the head cleaner will re-format to Hi-MD... Hope that helps... (its both)

Some of sonys mp3 players NW-A608/A607/A605 ect get firmware updates... Why doesn't sony upgrade the firmware of Hi-MD so the first generation could play mp3s ect? thanks (sorry if this has been covered - I coulden't find anything in the search)

Thanks I have downloaded some software (wavpad - freeware) that you can amplyfy recordings with.... but than you get interferiance and that can be removed using the same program...

And I haven't ever seen an advertisement for minidisc ever but I see ones for I pods all the time Do you think this might have something to do with minidiscs popularity?
