I agree on better screen saver image.... hope they add some more like they did for the e400 series. that was the only disappointment when i saw A1000... also add a clock like the e400 series would be great

I'm having same problem too There are dusts inside my e405....i had same problem in my e75 as well.. So i just took it apart and clean the dust up....it's not that hard job to do i think. Does A1000 has same kind of problem? Hope Sony to do something about it..

Hi all. I was wondering if new SONY A1000 series works with mp3 manager? I'm thinking about buying one, but I don't think my pc can handle either Sonic Stage or Connect Player. I guess I got to give up some of its new features but as long as i can put some musics, it's okay. Thanks for your help.

Just installed connect player...it seems faster than sonic stage, although i didn;t try any cd-ripping or transfering any musics. Disappointing point is that I tried connect player w/ psp and my e403, but they didn;t work w/ connect player.. And tell u the truth, I did like sonic stage pretty much and i hate new connect player design... But it seems to me that new player is lighter and faster. I'm using korean window xp, and I can play songs like : 舞-HiME 運命の系統樹 or 月蝕グラソギニョル(월식 그랑기뇰) w/out any change. Should we send request to SONY for backward compability?

I'm using e400, and i didn;t have to initialize it to use 3.3. I can use new atrac plus 352.. the rating system is added...i guess that's for the new players
