daiv Posted December 31, 2004 Report Share Posted December 31, 2004 music (all hi-lp): ravi shankar - nadardani ravi shankar - krishna krishna ravi shankar - swara kakali bothy band - the whole album of "old hag you have killed me" coamhin oRaghallaigh and mick oBrien - their album "kitty lie over" james kelly - his album "melodic journeys" ce - their album self titled teada - their album "give us a penny and let us be gone" joe burke - his album "morning myst" and my uncle's band the kells - "feast of the archangels" data: none as yet, will be backing up linux and windows home directories. its all irish music, so i dont know the names to all the tunes because each tune is usually 3 tunes put together, so thats 3 names per track, so thats a lot of names. i only usually learn a name when i learn how to play the tune. oh, and i had a kurt elling (jazz) cd on it before i reformatted that i havent put back on yet. if you cant tell by now i like irish music! i got hte minidisc player so i could record irish music at sessions and workshops / or from my grandma and my uncle, so i could learn tunes by ear.
